against Shahrukh
Khan!! ::: Bollywood actor and heartthrob
of many girls, Shahrukh Khan, is
in trouble. Actually, he had got
relief from the Income Tax
tribunal against which the
Income Tax Department has
decided to go in the court. It has
appealed against this relief in
the Bombay high court.
The case was
seen by the bench of justice J.P
Deodhar and justice Mridula
Bhatkar , on the February 14th
and then it was extended for
another four weeks.
Actually, Shahrukh Khan had
asked for some relief in the Rs.
15 lakh, he paid towards the
Otors club, in 2002-2003. He had
said that he has taken the
membership for professional
reasons.
